Magnussen admits to "tumutuous" first few years in F1
Kevin Magnussen has admitted that his first few years in the F1 were "tumultuous", but at the same time, he's happy where he is, as his current team Haas F1 gives him confidence and calmness. Magnussen has been blatantly out-performing his teammate Romain Grosjean this season, as the Dane has 45 points compared to Grosjean's 21. He sits in eighth in the drivers' championship, only having Nico Hülkenberg in front of him of the non-big three teams. However, it wasn't exactly smooth sailing for K-Mag when he first came into the F1.
