Magnussen: Haas right not to waste money testing

Kevin Magnussen feels Haas are right not to 'waste money' testing at the Hungaroring along with their rivals this week. While nine of the ten Formula 1 teams are in action over two days at the Budapest circuit, Haas have opted not to run. Team boss Guenther Steiner explained that he felt the team had all the data they needed already after five races in six weeks. 'Instead of participating in the test in Hungary, Haas is using the time to analyse the data it received from its recent Pirelli tyre test at Silverstone, from past grands prix and from our simulator work,' he said.
