Sainz wants simpler Safety Car rules

Following Carlos Sainz Jr's ten-second penalty in the German Grand Prix, the Spaniard calls for simpler Safety Car rules. Renault driver Carlos Sainz Jr. received a ten-second penalty on Sunday, a deficit that took him out of the top ten. Sainz overtook Sauber driver Marcus Ericsson during a Safety Car period. The Spanish driver said that he wasn't entirely sure about if lapped drivers were allowed to unlap themselves at the end of the Safety Car periods.
