Perez pleased after "crazy afternoon"

Sergio Perez is pleased with his own personal efforts in yesterday's German Grand Prix after achieving seventh place for his Force India team. Force India driver Sergio Perez admitted that he is pleased with his result yesterday and labelled the Grand Prix as a "crazy" one. Perez was involved in a big scrap as the midfield battled it out and was passed by Romain Grosjean in the very last lap. However, Perez is pleased after his hopes for getting a top-ten finish took a blow following a slow pit-stop and then the rain caused the Mexican to spin out, but he found himself in P7 after the chequered flag.
