Williams' hope fades after double DNF at Hockenheim
Williams' hopes for the German Grand Prix were quickly shattered after suffering a double-DNF. Sergey Sirotkin had qualified a career-best 12th however an oil leak brought his race to an early end. Speaking after the race, Sirotkin reflected on a disappointing day for the team having been so optimistic after his qualifying heroics. “It was a good race and I had to fight quite a lot at the start. “I had some good fights which I won and others which I unfortunately lost as I was not in position to do so.
