Doubt cast over wether Mercedes will race with new engine spec

Mercedes planned to race with the new upgrade in Montreal two weeks ago, but this was plan was cancelled. It was expected the delay would last up until the French Grand Prix this weekend, but new doubt has been cast over the new engine.  Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas were not sure if they would have the upgrade or not even just yesterday.  “Let’s wait and see what the team will decide tomorrow,” said Hamilton. “I trust their judgment.  "It wouldn’t be so bad if we have to take the spec 1 again.
