Christian Horner ‘certain’ Honda step is the right decision

Red Bull team principal Christian Horner is 'certain' moving to a Honda power unit is the right decision for his team as they continue to search for world championship success. Having witnessed the sister team Toro Rosso take on the Japanese manufacturer for the 2018 season, Horner and Red Bull have felt it was the right decision to join them for the next two seasons. Since 2014, the relationship with Renault has been fractious after the Red Bull team has failed to match the pace of its rivals when Formula 1 moved to hybrid power units.
