Toro Rosso 'starting to unlock potential'
Toro Rosso driver Brendon Hartley says that the team are now unlocking the STR13‘s potential after they scored another points finish. Hartley however, was not the driver to score the points in Monaco, with teammate Pierre Gasly coming seventh.
