Toyota unveils new TS050 ahead of 2018/19 superseason

Toyota has unveiled images of its new TS050 which will contest the World Endurance Championship superseason 2018/19. Specifications for the new car have changed very little despite being the only hybrid car left in the LMP1 class after the departures of Audi and Porsche. Double Formula 1 world champion Fernando Alonso has taken the place of Anthony Davidson in the #8 car as the Spaniard searches for the illustrious 'triple crown' in an otherwise unchanged line-up for the Japanese squad.
