Wolff: Pascal definitely deserves a place in Formula 1

Despite impressing in his first full season in Formula 1, Pascal Wehrlein is unlikely to make it on to the grid in 2018 but Mercedes chief Toto Wolff rates the young German highly and believes he will return at some point in the future while confirming he will remain with the Silver Arrows organisation. Wolff said this week, 'Pascal definitely deserves a place in Formula 1 and is certainly one of the fastest drivers. At the moment it looks a little bit bitter as far as the available [race] driver seats are concerned. 'But he's definitely going to be on our team.
