FIA opens Formula 1 Hall of Fame

The FIA has launched a Formula 1 Hall of Fame with all 33 winners of the drivers’ world championship honoured into the new initiative at the ACF headquarters in Paris, with current drivers Sebastian Vettel and Fernando Alonso in attendance. Nine F1 world champions plus representatives or family members of other F1 champions attended the ceremony including Sir Jackie Stewart, Mario Andretti, Alain Prost, Nigel Mansell, Damon Hill, Jacques Villeneuve, Fernando Alonso, Sebastian Vettel and Nico Rosberg. Michael Schumacher’s long-time manager Sabine Kehm attended the ceremony on behalf of the seven-time F1 world champion, along with Bruno Senna representing his uncle Ayrton. Related...
