Mercedes sends out early 2018 warning to rivals
Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff has applauded his entire squad for unlocking the full potential of its ‘diva’ W08 Formula 1 car to secure a fourth consecutive world drivers’ and constructors’ championship, while he has sent out an early warning to its rivals for 2018. During the early races in 2017 in the introduction to the new technical regulations and new Pirelli tyres, Mercedes' pace changed dramatically from one race to the next while Ferrari looked to have jumped ahead of the German manufacturer.
