Vandoorne concludes wet Magny Cours test

– McLaren-Honda's Stoffel Vandoorne concluded Pirelli's two-day wet-weather test at former French Grand Prix venue Magny Cours on Thursday.Pirelli is permitted 25 days of in-season running with current-year cars in order to hone its products, and all 10 teams have opted to assist with testing this year, sampling 2018 prototype rubber.Vandoorne, having completed 135 laps on Wednesday, added 117 laps to his total in the MCL32 on Thursday, as Pirelli honed its 2018 prototype Intermediate tyres.The tests are carried out 'blind', meaning neither driver nor team is aware of the compounds being used, while data will be shared between all squads.Pirelli's next tyre test is set to take place...
