Kubica ‘not on the list' for Renault seat

Renault F1 boss Cyril Abiteboul has confirmed Robert Kubica is not currently in the frame for a seat and Jolyon Palmer will see out the 2017 season. Rumours have been rife since Kubica completed a private test for the team and impressed with a 115-lap stint in Valencia. Kubica believes he still has the pace to be competitive in Formula 1, but a return does not appear likely any time soon.
