Mallya: No talk whatsoever on a sale of Force India

Beleaguered Force India co-owner Vijay Mallya has dismissed speculation of a possible sale of his team to Australian David Brabham or Formula 1's former commercial supremo Bernie Ecclestone. In an interview with talkSPORT radio broadcast on Friday, the flamboyant liquor and aviation tycoon said he remained in for the long haul despite his legal problems with the Indian government. 'There have been no conversations with Brabham, I haven’t even met them,' he said. 'Bernie and me are good friends, will always continue to be good friends and there is absolutely no talk whatsoever on a sale of this team.'
