Pirelli confirms Hungarian GP tyre compound choices

Pirelli has confirmed its compound choices for the Hungarian Grand Prix, with the Supersoft, Soft and Medium tyres to be used during the event. Pirelli's choice mirrors its 2016 selection for the final round prior to the traditional four-week summer break. One set of Supersofts must be used only in the last segment of qualifying, while either Softs or Mediums must be fitted for one stint of the Grand Prix at the Hungaroring. Drivers are permitted free choice from the trio of compounds for the remaining 10 sets of tyres.
