Massa downplays Vettel's lapping complaints

– Williams' Felipe Massa has dismissed Sebastian Vettel's complaints after the Ferrari driver lost time trying to lap the Brazilian in the closing stages of the Russian Grand Prix.Vettel, pursuing race-leader Bottas, had moved within DRS range of the Mercedes driver on the penultimate lap, but next time around lost a few tenths trying to pass Massa at Turn 3.Vettel radioed his frustration at the situation, before eventually finishing second, and later insisted that the delay had not cost him a shot at victory.Massa, who finished in ninth place, a position he dropped to after he suffered a slow puncture while running sixth, commented on the situation."He's never on the radio...
