Lauda: no sand-bagging at pre-season Barcelona test!

©WRI2 Niki Lauda assured that Mercedes won't be holding anything back in the final days of pre-season testing in Barcelona early March. With teams typically unwilling to show their hand during their initial pre-season outings, the tests often don't offer a reliable scale of performance between competitors. But Lauda insist there will be no sand-bagging this year in the Silver Arrows camp. "The Barcelona tests will be used to get to know the new rules during the first four days," the Mercedes non-executive chairman told Swiss newspaper Blick. "The four days between the testing sessions will be used to develop updates. Then, from March 7 to March 10, we will do business....
