New McLaren F1 car passes FIA crash tests

McLaren has announced that its 2017 Formula 1 car has passed the mandatory FIA crash tests. The Woking-based outfit joins Force India, Toro Rosso and Haas in revealing its car has cleared crash testing. F1 enters a new era in 2017, with dramatic changes to the regulations including revised aerodynamics and wider tyres. McLaren shared the news of the car, set to be named the MP4-32, passing crash tests on Twitter.
