BRDC issue statement about future plans for British GP

The British Racing Drivers’ Club have issued a statement to make it clear that nothing has yet to be decided about the future of the British Grand Prix amid rumours that Silverstone is set to drop the race at the end of 2019. With cost effectiveness of hosting the race playing a big part of the decision whether to exercise their break clause in their contract, no decision has yet been made by the BRDC, with Chairman John Grant criticising those who suggested that the British Grand Prix would definitely be leaving Silverstone in three years time.
