Sargeant set for IndyCar test with Mayer Shank

24/09/2024 at 10:2424/09/2024 at 11:05 Former Williams F1 driver Logan Sargeant will get his first taste of IndyCar thanks to Meyer Shank Racing which is scheduled to give the American a run in one of its cars at The Thermal Club in California. Sargeant will take part in the team’s final evaluation test day on November 19 at the exclusive 3.067-mile road course that will join IndyCar’s official calendar next season, according to a report from RACER. The 23-year-old former Williams driver, who was replaced earlier this month at the Italian Grand Prix by Franco Colapinto for the remainder of the F1 season, has been actively seeking an opportunity to race in the...
