Wolff pinpoints the blame for Russell's car being disqualified
George Russell has been disqualified from the Belgian Grand Prix and, therefore, loses his win. Toto Wolff tells his Mercedes team to learn the lessons. Russell was disqualified for being underweight after the fuel sample was taken out of the car.
