James Vowles has already created a 'new' and 'refreshed' atmosphere at the Williams Formula 1 Team following his arrival from Mercedes. Williams parted ways with former Team Principal Jost Capito after finishing bottom of the standings in 2022, with Technical Director FX Demaison also departing.
