After the Russian Grand Prix, the teams and drivers have another week off prior to the Turkish Grand Prix. Hamilton recovers from Turkish GP in -100 degree Lewis Hamilton lives an extensive life outside of Formula 1 and says that he therefore needs to take good care of his body.
