Austria provisional starting grid: Who will benefit from penalties?
During qualifying for the Austrian Grand Prix we saw something that hasn't happened very often in the last seven years. Not just one team, but two teams dominating the world champions. And this could get worse before the race as Valtteri Bottas faces a penalty Before the qualifying session, the race direction was very clear: no more slowing down in turn 9 and 10.
