Williams retain Ticktum as development driver
Ian Parkes Friday 26 march 2021 09:42 Williams has confirmed it has retained Dan Ticktum as development driver for this season. Ticktum joined the team last year and impressed with his performance, notably via a busy simulator programme to aid with car development. Article continues under video The team has confirmed the 21-year-old will continue to build on his simulator work, while also being with the team trackside where possible and at the factory. Ticktum, who will again compete in F2 this year with Carlin after finishing 11th last season with a win and two other podiums to his name, said: “I am very happy to be continuing my partnership with Williams as development driver.
