Stoll to step down as Renault Sport Chairman

Jerome Stoll, President of Renault Sport Racing, will step away from his role at the end of December, the French manufacturer has announced. Stoll has supervised Renault’s development as a Formula 1 manufacturer since its return as a works team in 2016, as well as its success in Formula E, where it won three Teams' Championships and a Drivers' title with Sebastien Buemi. In 2021, Renault's F1 department will re-brand to Alpine F1 following its most successful season of the turbo-hybrid era, finishing fifth in the Constructors’ Championship with 181 points.
