Mazepin: Believes Force India takeover by Stroll was unlawful
The acquisition of Force India by Lawrence Stroll in 2018 was illegal, according to Dmitry Mazepin. Both billionaires wanted to take over the bankrupt team, but Stroll eventually came out on top. Force India bankrupt Following the bankruptcy of Force India, FRP Advisory was called in to find a buyer. Both Mazepin and Stroll made bids, mainly to secure a Formula 1 seat for their sons Nikita and Lance.
