Why has Honda chosen to quit F1? Honda’s decision to withdraw from Formula 1 at the end of 2021 comes after a revision of the company’s overall targets. Honda explained that the automobile industry is undergoing a “once in a 100 years period of great transformation” and it wants to be carbon neutral by 2050.
