Why McLaren is selling the Technology Centre

McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown has confirmed the McLaren Group will sell its iconic Technology Centre with a long-term lease back a part of the deal. The McLaren Group is divided into three subsidiaries; Racing, Automotive and Technology, and during the UK national lockdown in the first half of 2020, the financial struggles of the Group were well documented.
