Vettel in pay cut talks, but it will remain private

Sebastian Vettel has confirmed he is in talks with Ferrari about taking a pay cut, but the outcome will remain private. Vettel, who is believed to be the second highest-paid Formula 1 driver behind Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton, is keen to help the team from a financial perspective whilst there is no racing on the agenda. But, there will be no official announcement from him or the team when a pay cut percentage is agreed, as he does not want to 'polish his image' when there are clearly bigger problems in the world.
