Hamilton uses lockdown to improve physically and emotionally
Lewis Hamilton has set his sights on making personal improvements while waiting for Formula 1 and the world to return to normal. Even championship-winning F1 drivers are unable to escape the global lockdown, and Hamilton has utilised his social media accounts to send 'positivity' to his fans. "I am taking this time to work on myself, physically but emotionally too. "The mental strain that this can bare on us all can be intense but just know you are not alone.
