Williams ‘left no stone unturned' in early 2019 inquiry

Williams is completely unrecognisable compared to two years ago, according to its deputy team boss, because of the structural changes it has undertaken. Williams slumped to last in the 2018 Constructors’ Championship and delays in readying its car for the 2019 season prompted the team to undergo an overhaul of its operations.
