Todt: People don't realise Mercedes' achievements

FIA president Jean Todt believes people don't truly comprehend how impressive Mercedes' achievements are in the turbo-hybrid era. Until 2019 it was Ferrari who boasted the most dominant streak in F1 history, taking five Drivers' and six Constructors' titles between 1999-2004, but it would be Mercedes who set a new outright record last year when they collected their sixth consecutive Drivers' and Constructors' title-double. And Todt, who was general manager of the Ferrari team during their dominant run, believes people don't truly understand how impressive Mercedes' achievements are. “It’s amazing, I don’t think people realise how difficult it is to achieve that,' he told RACER.com....
