Bottas quickest, but crashes with Grosjean: Abu Dhabi GP FP2 Results
Valtteri Bottas topped the timesheets for the second time on Friday at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, but his FP2 session ended in frustrating circumstances after a collision with Romain Grosjean. Bottas looked to dive late down the inside of the Haas during the long-run simulations late in Friday's second session and Grosjean turned hard into the corner, despite appearing to have checked his mirrors, where the Mercedes was looming large. Article continues under video Bottas' team-mate Lewis Hamilton said he "could have guessed" that Grosjean would have been involved in the incident as he enquired as to the reason for a red-flag period.
