Mexican Grand Prix: Starting grid with penalties applied

Max Verstappen took his second pole position of 2019 at the Mexican Grand Prix, edging out the Ferraris, who had been much-feared coming into the weekend. Verstappen was beaten to pole by then-teammate Daniel Ricciardo a year ago, but he could not be denied 12 months on. Article continues under video Charles Leclerc will join Verstappen on the front row, finishing ahead of teammate Sebastian Vettel with a touch of fortune as he kept ahead by dint of Valtteri Bottas' crash seeing both drivers abandon laps, with Leclerc on a poor run at the time. Bottas took sixth, but his Mercedes needs significant repairs after a heavy crash at the end of Q3, which could bring grid penalties. #MexicanGP...
