Verstappen hopes F1 doesn't become 'like wrestling where everything is fake'

Aston Martin Red Bull Racing star Max Verstappen hopes a reserve grid won't become a reality in Formula 1 in the future, as the Dutchman thinks it would make the excitement of the sport "artificial" and "like American wrestling". The FIA might experiment with the qualifying format next season and onwards, with a reverse grid and qualifying races being two alternative ways to change up the current 'shoot-out' format.  Many drivers and personalities within F1 have spoken out against this idea, and the 22-year-old Verstappen took the same stance, as he thinks excitement in F1 shouldn't be forced or fabricated.
