CONFIRMED: The starting grid for the Belgian Grand Prix!

This could be one of the most confusing grids in a long time! Many drivers have had to take engine penalties for going over the allowed limits for the season. In qualifying, there were issues for Robert Kubica and Antoinio Giovinazzi, meaning that the Williams will start from the pitlane, and the Alfa Romeo will start from the back.
