Renault Spec-C worth '10 or 15HP'

Renault have reportedly decided to introduce their Spec-C engine at the Belgian Grand Prix with the new power unit worth '10 or 15 horsepower'. Prior to the summer break Renault's managing director Cyril Abiteboul confirmed that a Spec-C engine was in the pipeline, it was just a matter of when to introduce it. Putting a new engine in both Renault cars means penalties for Daniel Ricciardo and Nico Hulkenberg, the same applying to Renault's customer, McLaren. However, according to f1only.fr, Renault have decided to run the new engine at the high-powered Spa circuit with the power unit bringing an 'estimated gain of about 10 or 15 horses.'
