Ferrari explains Hungarian GP ‘suffering’ amid subdued displayFerrari team boss Mattia Binotto says the squad was “suffering” in race trim due to its relative lack of downforce accentuating its tyre wear. Ferrari has shown glimpses of pace on occasion in 2019 but has yet to take a victory amid an array of incidents, reliability setbacks and other issues.
