“Great day” for Renault says drivers

Renault drivers Nico Hulkenberg and Daniel Ricciardo have said that the Friday practice sessions had been good for the team despite not being “able to learn much” due to the weather. After a tough weekend in Germany that saw both cars DNF and an incident earlier in the week involving one their trucks crashing it was about time Renault had a positive day. Hulkenberg said in Renaults review: “Despite the changing circumstances, it was a great day for us today.  “The car feels good and we seem to be in a good position.  “We have not been able to learn very much, but that applies to everyone and that is not necessarily a bad thing.  “The...
