Vettel happy in F1 despite Ferrari slump

Ferrari team principal Mattia Binotto says Sebastian Vettel remains "happy" in Formula 1 and committed to the Scuderia despite 2019's struggles. Vettel's season has been a far cry from the expected title fight with Lewis Hamilton, and he trails the Mercedes star by 100 points at the halfway stage of the campaign.
