Silverstone resurface means 'it is unclear how the tyres will behave'

A lot of Formula 1 teams will be racing in their home event this weekend at the British Grand Prix. One of those teams is Williams. Even though it's their home circuit, which has been fixed on the schedule throughout Pirelli's most recent tenure, Williams is unsure how the tyres will react because the track has been resurfaced.  Throughout the 2019 Formula 1 season, the tyres have been one of the biggest talking points.
