F1 race director to consider rule changes for penalties

Formula 1's race director, Michael Masi, has suggested that the sport may look to change rules relating to penalties for going off the track and gaining an advantage, or rejoining the track dangerously. These types of penalties have been given to Sebastian Vettel and Daniel Ricciardo in the last two races in Canada and France, and the decisions have been widely criticised in the F1 world.
