Verstappen: 'Red Bull not in a winning position yet'

Max Verstappen says Red Bull is not yet at the level to win races again in Formula 1. While the outfit had a strong race in Monaco, Verstappen believes it is behind other teams in 2019. Verstappen has impressed many already this season, scoring strong race results and hassling Lewis Hamilton for first at the Monaco Grand Prix last time out. But for his five-second penalty for contact with Valtteri Bottas in the pitlane, it may very well have been a race he would have won had he passed Hamilton. However, despite the consistency displayed by a more mature Verstappen compared to last season, the Dutchman does not yet believe his team is ready to regularly challenge for race wins this season....
