Hamilton reveals battles with 'mental issues' in F1 career
Lewis Hamilton has detailed the mental strain of competing in Formula 1, admitting to dealing with "mental issues" an "instabilities" while competing at the pinnacle for motorsport. Hamilton said the highs and lows of competing present many challenges, especially to a driver's mindset. Hamilton has certainly enjoyed many highs in recent years, winning four of the last five drivers' championships, but his loss in that time period came after a fractious battle with former Mercedes teammate Nico Rosberg.
