Schumacher and Irvine paint the Principality red

Michael Schumacher secured his 35th career win on this day in 1999, leading home Ferrari team mate Eddie Irvine with a lights-to-flag triumph in Monaco. It was the great German driver's 16th victory with the Scuderia, an achievement that made him the Italian outfit's most successful driver in its history.
