Red Bull marks Vietnam countdown with Hanoi F1 run

An estimated 50,000 fans attended a Red Bull Formula 1 demonstration in Vietnam as the outfit marked a year to go until the country’s inaugural grand prix. Vietnam will become the latest country to host a Formula 1 event when the championship visits the streets of Hanoi next April. The 22-turn semi-permanent street circuit will pass the My Dinh national stadium and it was on this stretch of road that Red Bull’s Formula 1 demonstration took place. Formula 1 veteran David Coulthard and simulator driver Jake Dennis took to the streets in a pair of title-winning 2011-spec RB7s on Saturday.
