Williams running on "fear and terror" says Ralf Schumacher
Former Williams driver Ralf Schumacher has said that he believes the team being run with fear and terror. Williams had a poor 2018 and it looks like 2019 could be even worse results wise. The Williams race winner has criticised the management system at Williams and believes that there is a toxic environment at the team. “Williams has a very special leadership style. As long as Patrick Head was there it was balanced,” Ralf Schumacher said to motorsport-total.com. “It’s a style of leadership from the 70s and 80s, a bit of a reign of fear and terror.
