Abiteboul laments the emergence of 'B Teams'

Renault boss Cyril Abiteboul has lamented the trend of larger Formula 1 teams such as Ferrari, Mercedes, and Red Bull joining forces in a partnership with smaller teams, and has accused Haas of changing the sport "forever" due to their relationship with the Scuderia. The Frenchman describes the current state of F1 as an "arms race" such as the way the top teams continually try to outdo each other with their large-scale operations.
